What shipping methods are available?

We offer two methods of shipping: Standard and Economy. Standard shipping is offered on all items. Economy shipping is only offered on Apparel items. We do not offer Express shipping at this time.

How long do I have to wait for my order to be delivered?

Once an order is fulfilled, standard shipping takes an estimated 2-5 business days to be delivered. Economy shipping takes an estimated 4-8 business days. Please note that these are only estimates and shipping times may be affected during busier times, such as the holiday season.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only ship to customers within the United States.

What if my order was lost or damaged?

Please email us directly at help@citizensofnow.com so we may either track your order or resolve any issues with the delivery.

Payment

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and digital wallet payment methods (Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Amazon Pay, and Google Pay). We do not accept cryptocurrency.

Returns

Do I have to pay anything to exchange my purchase?

If you are exchanging your purchase for an item of higher value, you will only be charged the difference between the two items. If you are exchanging your purchase for an item of lower value, we will refund you the difference.

Do I have to pay anything to return my items?

Customers will be charged a restocking fee of 5 percent of the value of unwanted items.
